A Day after a Major Migraine Attack

Major Migraine,the day after
Part of me is back.......yesterday was hell. I haven't had a migraine that bad in a long,long time. The pain was everywhere in my head,face,jaws.All I could do was get in a dark room.Making it darker by putting on my bed buddy mask.
I couldn't find my dramamine, lesson learned there...fortunatley I didn't get sick.
Today,I still have pain. Nothing like yesterday,but the back of my head hurts.I'm shaky and words are hard to find.
A "migraine hangover" Foggy,sluggish,drained....... ...really should and most likely will go back to bed.
Thought I'd share since this is what I research and talk about ...migraineblue today...hopes to be migraine free
