Adjust some festivities for a migraineur you know

Summer,bbq's.picnics,sitting on a swing feeling a summer breeze.Blue sky,green grass,family get togethers.Going to the park,walking down the path around a local lake.
Those are my dreams....very little of that will be reality for me.
My reality is being careful not to look out to the beautiful veiws of the mountains from my living room.Bright light,trigger.A simple car ride,reflections can be a trigger.
I didn't choose this,I don't want it.I want those times.I miss those times.If you know someone with migraine,please,don't forget them,don't resent them.
Take a picinic to them,indoors.Have a bbq,set up some festive time,indoors.Family get togethers,adjust it for them.Don't leave them out,don't forget them.Don't resent them.
Help them.
So,I may take a trip to the dollar store,get a little festive...indoors.Have my own little picnic....and invite family over....maybe they'll get the idea.
