From the Inside Out


It is a beautiful day out! A day I'd like to be spending enjoying the breeze,sunshine and everything blooming!

I am looking at all of it from the inside of my home. Even this I'm grateful for as there are times when curtains must be closed, darkness is my daytime.
Yesterday we had the windows open. I see around the country so many areas having horrible weather. I dusted a layer of pollen that came in, deciding the windows must be shut and the air conditioning turned on to avoid my head pain getting worse.
I may be inside looking out today, I will take time for some aroma therapy,quiet music,relaxation.
Rain is on the way,may have alot to do with my pain,along with allergies. A beautiful weekend is in the forecast. I hope I will be on my deck,outside,taking it all in!
