Happy New Year!!

It's been a good week..mostly..had some tough times dealing with pain.Tonight my head hurts.
I have to be aware of my stress,what I eat,drink and my sleep,argg..that's been the worst this week.
Tomorrow night I will welcome in the New Year at home.Here's hoping to a New Year with understanding from those in the medical field who treat us, who know us,work with us,love us...
