Holiday Stress

It's that time of year..holidays bring all sorts of stress...emotional roller coaster.From trying to please everyone,neglecting yourself,eating,drinking things you may be careful to avoid all year long..stress on your mind and body.
Stop, take time to look at what you're doing.It is not worth setting yourself up for a fall.And we know what they could be..a trip to the E.R. with a migraine attack, missing out on get togethers,important events,celebrations..all because you've stretched yourself beyond your limit.
I take along a small throw and pillow..you might be surprised how these things will help you if a migraine creeps up on you,or smacks you upside your head.
Keep yourself hydrated...Keep in mind your triggers. Plan ahead and if you have to cancel due to migraine, don't add guilt to your pain.
