How to help someone with migraine:

When you want to help a migraineur,here are some ideas:
First of all,let them know you're there for them
1)a phone call away if you need to talk
2)if possible,offer to pick up some groceries,meds,maybe even fix a meal,asking them first what they'd like
3)light house cleaning
4)how about offering a ride to appointments or other errands
5)stop by for a visit,maybe bring a small comfort gift,a candle,a small blanket,sleep mask,whatever you feel might bring them comfort.
Take it from me,just being there when needed means the world,it can help more than you know.As a chronic migraineur,I can tell you,people will just suddenly be gone.Many that a person would expect to be there stop calling, don't return calls,stop by,this adds to the pain of your illness.Support is so important.
