I'm so dizzy,my head is spinning

Now,I'll show my age.That song keeps going thru my head.Between the stress today and the crazy weather,I've been so dizzy,I thought I'd just pass out.
It's weird how you're just walking thru the house and you get that feeling,the same one I used to get on a roller coaster ride.Or just sitting still,there's that spinning feeling.
Now,my pain level in my head has gone up so much,I don't know what to do.I did take a nap,but the constant ringing in my ears was driving me nuts..The dreams were more like hallucinations.
And I'm so exhausted now...that ringing,the pain...wish I could get some rellief.I'm getting ready to crash again.I don't know what else to do.I feel like my heart is racing.I just need so badly to feel better.
I guess the worst part of it is the pain.I think it's probably what scares me the most.And I know tomorrow will most likely have the migraine hangover feeling.I hope the dizziness stops.Having all of it is enough to make your head spin.
