Tempted to start wearing a tie like Rodney used to so I can grab it like Dangerfield did,and for migraine say "I tell you,I get No Respect." Instead of "Take my wife please,it's,"Take my migraine,please."
I think of Rodney Dangerfield alot these days.What does it take to get respect for migraine.?When does respect for migraine start? I am tired.But I am determined for other migraine sufferers to keep going.One of which is my daughter.She is young,but starting getting the occasional migraine in high school.She still does.She loses her vision when as her aura.Lasting about 20min.She didn't used to get pain with the migraine,now she does.
I do not want her,my other daughters to go thru what I do,or my grandaughters.What's it going to take for migraine to be taken seriously?Is the question profit?Is migraine worth it?I say yes it is,if they're looking to make money on migraine.Sure.There are So Many people out there with "headaches" that are migraine.Diagnose them correctly.Stop patting women on the head and making them think they're crazy.
Oh,and let's get migraine moved up in triage at the er.How do you do that?Let's find out and as they say in these parts,get 'er done!
