Lightning Migraine Pain!!

I don't know what is going on..tonight,the pain just shot through my head,jaws,face like a bolt of lightning!
Yep, I've still been dealing with panic attacks/disorder,whatever! I am drained.
Had the sound machine going the past couple of nights, it helped me get a deep sleep. But I do know, I had some weird dreams last night.
I am really watching what I eat, making sure I drink enough water..two things I need to do better with is more sleep and dealing with stress.
Tired, drained...It is hard to face the day when the first thing you feel is total panic and now tonight, the last thing,this high level of pain!
