Migraine Blue Description

Migraine Blue is the perfect title, it describes my life. I am migraine blue. Each day I wake up feeling like I've worked all night.That is what sleep is to me, work.
It's hard to get to sleep.Once I fall asleep, there is no rest. I cry in my sleep.I wake up from the pain.Sometimes when I wake up fromt he pain, I can't believe the level of pain I am in.There are nightmares.There are wierd dreams.There are dreams I don't remember.
So, I face the day exhausted.Then there's the day.Upon waking,before I even open my eyes,the pain hits.I find myself trembling with the pain.It takes everything to get myself up.
I struggle and go through the day.Which is always spent at home, with a few exceptions. I
cannot go places,make plans like "normal" people.
I look for ways to make myself get in a positive frame of mind. I read light hearted blogs,sites. Look for what I can that will make me feel the same to watch on tv.
I try to go to different forums and help other people feel better. Sometimes I find games that will be fun online and also help me with my thinking.
I look for migraine information for here and several blogs I have,along with mymigraines.com,which is a site I have for migraineurs. It is filled with information and has a forum. I know when I first learned that it was migraines, I was lost. And I want to give as much information as I can. To migraineurs and people in general.
By the end of the day,I do not look forward to sleep. The night is actually alot harder to get through sometimes than the day.
So I am migraine blue. But, since that is the case, I try to do positive work from it. It is very important for me to help other migraineurs.It is very important to me to have migraine taken seriously.
Migraine Blue, but maybe one day it'll be a sky blue. Everyone needs a goal.
