Migraine Pain,Panic "disorder ..

So, the past few days/nights I've got back "roots of my hair hurt" ....oh yay! The weather's been crazy. We haven't had a real winter,as in many places this year. I do notice that the back and forth with the temperatures have made my pain level rise.
But the recent dampness may be a factor in my roots of my hair hurting. Today,my face is hurting,it's cloudy,damp,yet the temperature is in the 50's.
But when I start getting these migraine pain increases, oh no...I have to be able to function. I can't have this and the other to cope with...
I have to take the time to listen to some relaxing music,a little escape time,self preservation. Take some of my own advice I give here....
