Migraine:Broken Glass,Shattered Life!

So,recently as I've been coping with chronic migraine, this image keeps popping up of broken glass...that is what my head feels like...It just feels shattered,broken,in pieces...fragile.

There have been times when the pain has been so bad,I've actually smacked my head with my hands. I know of others who have banged their heads against the wall.I get it...It can make you "lose it"
It is such a difficult disease,it takes it's toll on your mind,body,soul,life! Broken glass,shattered life!
