My heart breaks for Newtown...

I have had a lot going on, my sister was in the hospital, a few days after she was released, one of my daughters ended up in the hospital, a few days after she was released, a brother was in, he was just released.
Then the mass shooting at the Newtown elementary school. This has made me very, very emotional.
I cannot imagine how a parent gets through it, my heart is broken. We finally had to stop watching the news in the evening, it was just too much. Tonight, I watched the vigil. I have said many prayers.
The day after it happened, I woke up with a very high level migraine. I have made myself go on youtube and listen to relaxation music, I am listening to it now.
I was able to see my grandchildren yesterday, I am so lucky. I take nothing for granted. Life is precious....
