My way back,to give back

Well,today was bad.The pain level was up most of the time.I woke up at 4am,just awake.I'm going to try to go to sleep soon.
I've been seeing alot of articles lately on accupuncture.That may very well be the answer for some people.I tried it,it did not work.One thing I do miss is our hot tub.That was my oasis.That was my everything.I would get in there and everything seemed to melt away.
We are surrounded by mountains and on a clear night,the stars were so bright,and you could see the outline of the mountains.It was my time to think,or not.The point is,it was good for every part of me.
I don't like to go to the ones at fitness centers.Too bright,too loud.For me,when we are able to get a new hot tub,it is not a luxury,it's a neccessity.Baths are not the same.Maybe a tub with some jets would be nice.But that hot tub was my own world.
I've been to chiopractors,nothing.Physical therapist,who was a specialist in migraine,no.I've been drinking lots of green tea.Taking supplements and trying to be positive.I want a summer to be able to enjoy.I do not want to spend it behind closed doors.But if I do,I will not give up.
I will find things to be productive.This and my other blogs.My website mymigraines.com I still have alot to do on that site.
My dad's death and the migraine level depleting me has set me behind somewhat.I intend on starting a local chronic pain group here.I am getting my info together.There are many people who don't have access to information online.I want to get this info out to them in pamplets.
The clinic I go to work harder than any doctor's office I've ever seen.I will be putting pamplets there and I will be starting to leave little comfort items for chronic pain sufferers.
Sorry things aren't as informative as usual.But they will be.
