Spring has Sprung,Ouch!

Wham,fun one minute,then..ouch!
I was enjoying the day yesterday. Beautiful day,I keep looking for them to start getting the pool ready. I loved seeing the butterflies again,the kids on the playground in our complex.
Today, my head is pulsating with pain. Sharp,stabbing pains all over the top of my head, my forehead,my jaws. I'm exhausted already.
I want to spend the day in the bedroom,in the dark. I want to sleep,to escape.
Thinking if I could do that, I might get some relief.
And so it begins...spring.
