How to Help Yourself
I have a SaltAire Sinus & Allergy Relief Nasal Wash. I found them on sale and this morning I used it(really,I need to do it daily). I woke up with my head hurting so bad,with the weather suddenly getting cold at night,we actually had to run the heat.
One of the triggers for my chronic migraine to increase into a major attack is weather changes. I could tell with the way my head hurt,I had to do this right away this morning.
My head still hurts and I'll most likely have to do it again. It is one thing I wanted to pass along that may help someone. I've tried the small nasal bottles of saline solution, allergy relief sprays,nothing works like this. It doesn't feel good when doing it.It's like taking a dip in the ocean and getting the water up your nose on purpose.
But for me,it helps. If you find your migraine/headache pain is caused by sinus/allergy problems,you may want to try this...of course maybe you should check with your doctor first.
